Life has turned me upside down, sideways and inside out more than once, through heartbreak, major life changes, soul-searching, healing, and profound grief, but nothing brought me to my knees like the devastating loss of my brother Joseph, who was my soulmate and best friend. That loss changed me forever and ultimately led me to the work I do now. What I know for sure is that some of the most meaningful transformation happens when we stop hiding the messy parts and create space for honesty, connection, creativity, healing and hope. I’m passionate about bringing people together for real conversations, emotional support, self-discovery, grief support, and transformational experiences that help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and what’s possible on the other side. I know because I’ve lived it and have had the honor of walking alongside many others on their journeys too!
