What I'm here to reimagine...
I am here to reimagine how we work with our finite time on earth—offering spaces for exploration of conscious living and dying through honest, open-hearted, perhaps even challenging experiences. How will we live our lives fully every day?

I am a daughter who has said goodbye to both of my parents, navigating end-of-life decisions with and for them. I remember how suspended life felt in those moments, how painful, confusing, and isolating it was to face so much uncertainty while still trying to show up with love for them and self-care for me.
At that time, I struggled to find resources that honored both the deeply personal and the practical aspects of this journey. It felt like no one was talking about how to craft a plan rooted in my values or about having heartfelt, honest conversations without adding to my loved ones' distress.
Through those experiences, and my years of working as a chaplain in the Zen Buddhist tradition, death literacy educator, and training as an expressive arts grief coach, I create the spaces, in my workshops and coaching, to safely explore these thoughts, feelings, and questions.
