Practitioner in Grief Alchemy, Word Alchemy, Threshold Rituals, & Emotional Narrative Reframing - I seek to liberate suffering, grief, depression, etc. from their pathologies & transform them into stories of possibility. The journey through Darkness is more than the opposite of Light, but a counterpart and collaborator with a multi-layered & non-binary emotional spectrum. In this way, we are all co-creators embracing complexities of this human and more-than-human experience. I believe we must remember our own capacity to love and live alongside the very real struggles we face - without labeling them as sick or defected. I am a poet, cat-mama, and once-upon-a-time-stepmom to 3 beautiful kids-now-adults who I miss with all my heart. Currently, I pour my motherlove into writing (poetry, Substack, nonfiction), singing for those near death via Threshold Singers & hold Grief Circles.
