What I'm here to reimagine...
What I'm here to reimagine is how we grow and change as individuals and communities. I'm talking about how we navigate loss. That's what growing and changing requires: letting go. I invite you to join me on this healing-centered journey.
Story
I support individuals and organizations navigating the human realities of change. My work integrates leadership development, grief practice, racial healing, and Kingian Nonviolence to help people transform conflict, loss, and transition into pathways for healing, justice, and collective wellbeing.

I began my career in the nonprofit arts and cultural sector in NYC and evolved into national leadership roles including the Smithsonian Institution, National Urban League, and Westchester Center for Racial Equity. Across these experiences, I observed what few were willing to name: every meaningful change carries some loss. To be better equipped to embody and leverage this concept, I became a certified Grief to Gratitude coach in 2023.
I convene and host grief circles, provide somatic support for grievers, and I coach individuals and teams experiencing loss and change.
