What we're here to reimagine...
I'm here to reimagine the world being grief and trauma-literate, being with our grief and trauma and with those who have experienced loss or trauma themselves with presence and awareness.

Hi, I’m Nathalie.
As a holistic counsellor and coach, I support individuals in navigating the profound challenges of life, death, and everything in between. My work is rooted in compassion, guiding people through grief and trauma with empathy and understanding. I’m also the author of multiple grief resource books and the founder of the Grieving Parents Support Network, which is dedicated to providing comfort, connection, and hope to those who have experienced loss.
At 19 weeks pregnant, we found out that our daughter A’Mya had multicystic kidneys.
She was born 16 weeks later, the second of identical twins.
She lived for 3 days.
Only four and a half months later, my mother died from suicide.
Now, more than 13 years later, I can say that I have not only survived but thrived.
Let me show you how.
You were not born to be beaten by your loss or trauma, but to rise from it.
