What I'm here to reimagine...
I gently support experiences that often accompany grief, including disrupted sleep, emotional overwhelm, repetitive thoughts, anxiety, & difficulty relaxing, through hypnosis, while helping you navigate life after loss and what comes next.
Story
My understanding of grief is both professional & personal. I first experienced the death of a parent in childhood and, over the years, have navigated the deaths of my grandparents, husband, & stepparent. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how profoundly loss can affect our lives & sense of self.

I gently support experiences that often accompany grief, including disrupted sleep, emotional overwhelm, repetitive thoughts, anxiety, and difficulty relaxing. I also help people adjust to change, rediscover who they are, and navigate what comes next.
My work includes hypnotherapy, grief & bereavement support, life transitions, caregiver support, end-of-life education, and workshops. I’m also the author of *Caregiver Recovery: Beyond the Bedside* and co-author of *Bold Spirit Caring for the Dying*, which brings together the wisdom & experience of end-of-life practitioners.
