Let Me IntervYOU! Episode #4

Let Me IntervYOU! Episode #4
Reimagine Collaborator Lily Liu & Lazarex.org’s founding team—advocates for cancer patients—engage in conversation about taking revolutionary action after loss that creates a legacy of helping others.

So many of us have lost a Loved One to cancer. This gathering shares a powerful story of taking action after loss and in grief. During 2021, Reimagine highlighted an Action Step in the grief journey. Monthly, we talk about taking action after loss and in grief. Guests share how they are taking action and answer the same Q: What’s ahead in your Action Plan?

Host: Lily Liu, Caregiver

Guests: Lazarex Cancer Foundation:

Erin Miller, widow of Mike Miller who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2003.

The Foundation was founded in 2006 to fill the gaps that exist in cancer care for advanced-stage patients. Inspired by Mike’s journey in his quest for life after his diagnosis, the Foundation’s mission is building his legacy:

*Improving patient access to and diversity in cancer clinical trials nationwide.

*In medically underserved communities, engaging early around cancer-related issues to improve education, screening opportunities, genetic coaching, access to care and trials, and survivorship resources, with the goal of improving health outcomes and creating equity.

April is National Poetry Month. Welcome to bring a poem to share. We will begin our event with two poems.
