Knowing that you will, in fact die one day--how do you want to be remembered? What do you need to say to be at peace no matter when your time comes? What if your life and love played out in song?

Some of the most heartfelt work to be done as we age is considering what we will leave behind. Not the material things or money, but the lessons and stories.

Join The Peaceful Presence Project for an interactive workshop exploration of Legacy, Love Letters and LifeSongs.

Legacy: We will explore the concept of “legacy” and how to discover your own.

Love Letters: Life is too short to leave things unsaid! After a short meditation, we will discuss and practice the simplicity of writing a 5-minute letter to loved ones to express your love, your regrets or your unfinished business.

LifeSong: Singer-Songwriter Havilah Rand will share her LifeSong project. Havilah works thoughtfully with individuals to record their life stories in beautiful original songs to create an incredible legacy project.

Havilah is an award-winning musician who formally trained in New York in both jazz and classical technique. Her soulful style led her to front a Seattle pop-rock band before picking up the guitar for a solo career of touring and recording. She has earned herself a steady audience and a respected name in the music business.
