The Art of COVID was created in response to the kindness of strangers making masks to protect one another. Join us to share your story of mask-making or receiving.
Welcome to The Art of COVID! We invite you to join us in learning why we created this project and to share your stories of mask making, receiving and wearing during the pandemic.
We will breakout into groups and share images of our physical masks (so have yours handy), talk about why we made or received them, and how wearing a mask has unmasked our mortality - no matter what age, race, religion or socioeconomic background we come from.
We will reconvene as an entire group to hear what highlights and common themes emerged from our breakout sessions.
We will end with a collective ritual to close our time together.
