Join Reimagine and our partners at Holistic Underground (led by Mazin Jamal) to learn how to apply inclusive design principles to your events.
This is a follow-up workshop to "The Art of Creating an Inclusive Space" workshop, which you should watch prior to attending this event.
Mazin and Raquel will talk through how to apply the principles to apply and questions to ask when designing your inclusive space or event, and will use real life examples of events that have applied these principles.
This will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you have as you design your space! Common questions and concerns about creating inclusive spaces that we often hear include how to be responsible for safety and not cause harm, fears of doing it "wrong", and "imposter syndrome".
We also recommend completing this worksheet for your event idea in advance.
