A Grief Journey
We're navigating a grief epidemic, both individually and collectively, impacting our overall wellbeing. Whether you’re grieving the loss of relationships, identities, safety, loved ones, or the current state of the world -- this is a space to tend to all forms of loss, whether tangible or intangible.
We will use the tools available to us to acknowledge, understand, and tend to our grief. This will be a space to help us soften and expand as we practice letting go.
Through meditation, writing, ritual, and dialogue — we’ll alleviate our grief while forming deeper connections to ourselves and each other.
