Accessing Life-serving Anger, in words and movement

Hosted by Sasha Soreff

Accessing Life-serving Anger, in words and movement
How can movement support the expression of anger in a way that feels empowering and life-serving? This workshop invites us to explore dimensions of anger in community with conversation and movement.

Accessing Anger provides a space for honoring big feelings in community. When we are accompanied in our rage, we can get in touch with what really matters to us. Resonant empathy, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication, and coupled with creative movement, invites us to compassionately and authentically connect with our experiences in support of healing and expanded meaning making.

Note: All movement can be done seated, and all movement invitations are optional; all forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome.
