Accessing Anger provides a space for honoring big feelings in community. When we are accompanied in our rage, we can get in touch with what really matters to us, and find expression that is authentic, unfiltered, and life-affirming. Resonant empathy, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication an coupled with creative movement, invites us to compassionately connect with our experiences. This kind of loosely structured, creative movement can bring us from our heads into our bodies, and toward a deeper level of self-connection and healing.
Note: All movement can be done seated, and all movement invitations are optional; all forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome.
