Acknowledging Hope and Fear, with Empathy and Movement

Acknowledging hopes and fears can bring a sense of support and relief to the nervous system. Adding movement helps us access our hearts and bodies. The combination of creative expression and empathic communication in community creates a powerful opportunity for deeper understanding and ultimately, healing. Drawing on Non-Violent Communication and movement-based storytelling, Transformational Facilitator and Movement Artist Sasha Soreff will guide conversation and somatic exploration around the empowered expression of hopes and fears.
Note: No prior movement experience is necessary. All movement can be done seated, and all movement invitations are optional; all forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome.
