Welcome to Death over Drafts! This is a community gathering to spark curiosity & connection around death & dying. Most of all, we want to have fun and de-stigmatize talking about the inevitable.

Cheers to the first Death over Drafts in Chicago!!!!

Death over Drafts started with a brewing vision to bring people together and create meaningful connections by combining two passions—craft beer and conversations on end of life.

Thursday, May 30, 5:30-7:30 pm, join your new local Death over Drafts Crafter aka Host, Tiffany Noelle Johnson, Death Doula and End of Life Support Resource Guide, We Too Shall Pass, along with Izzy/Chloë King, Senior Campaign Organizer, Compassion & Choices, and Stefanie Elkins, Family Caregiver Consultant and End-of-Life Doula, Be Present Care, Founder Death over Drafts .

A Death over Drafts gathering will include 30 minutes of mingling, 60 minutes of playing The Death Deck followed by 30 minutes of additional mingling and conversation.

Every Death over Drafts gathering has a different vibe based on who is co-crafting aka hosting. While these gatherings provide an opportunity for those who are curious and/or serve in the end-of-life field, one thing is constant: all are welcome.
