Finding Hope: Healing from Trauma
Trauma can come into our lives through abuse, assault, exposure to violence, injury, life-threatening accident, war, terrorism, etc. People can suffer from the effects of individual and collective trauma.
Finding Hope is a safe space to share your trauma and turn toward hope.
So often, trauma survivors don't talk about our trauma because we don't want to worry our loved ones. When we do talk about it, we are often met with awkward silence or "good intentioned" appeals to look on the bright side. By sharing our stories, we can learn from each other and understand that we are not alone.
For those of us who have experienced trauma, the traumatic experience will always be part of our lives but doesn’t have to define our lives.
Registration cost supports the work of Rites of Passage, LLC with 10% donated to Reimagine.
We have a sliding scale of $8, $12, or $16. Our basic fee is $12. Pay less as necessary or more if you want
Finding Hope is a monthly online support group for those seeking to heal from trauma and is generally offered on the second Monday of the month at 5:30pm (ET).
