How are you doing these days? This workshop invites tender-hearted, stressed out beings to gather for empathy, expression, and embodiment practices to cultivate equilibirum and personal agency.

If you’ve been working hard to stay self-connected, regulated, and forward-facing these days —you’re not alone.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll resource our nervous systems, and get grounded with somatic and empathic practices to help you regain your footing when the overwhelm takes hold.

What We’ll Focus On:

  • Nervous System Support: We’ll explore practices to help you create a “shock absorption” buffer to help regulate your nervous system and move out of fight, flight, immobilization, or collapse.
  • Mind-Body Connection:  Embodiment, expression, and empathy support the movement from head to heart and into a deeper sense of presence, self-awareness, and self-advocacy.
  • A soft place to land in a world that has a lot of edges:You’ll be part of a circle of beings who get it. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experience, be seen, and feel supported by others who are walking a similar journey.
  • Personal support: Everyone who participates will have the opportunity to get dedicated support for whatever is most challenging your equilibrium these days.
