Managing Grief and Stress in the Workplace

Hosted by Grieving Coach

Managing Grief and Stress in the Workplace
Are you facing stress and grief from caring for others? Do you feel helplessly limited in the care you can provide? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, know that you are not alone.

Compassion Fatigue and Burnout is a collaborative endeavor to raise awareness of the toll that stress and grief can have on people in service professions, including home caregivers. Our goal is to provide support and tools necessary for heart-centered workers so they can manage, reduce, and prevent burnout that can come from caring for others. We do this through presentations, hands-on workshops, and building a support community where you are welcome to show up just as you are without judgments or expectations.

Managing Grief and Stress in the Workplace is a 2-hour workshop where we can come together in an intimate, inclusive, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. Even if you are not in a caregiving role, you are still welcome to join us.

Topics covered include:

  • Stressors of our environment and this time of pandemic
  • Ways these stressors can contribute to burnout and how this affects us both individually and collectively
  • Different perspectives of Grief and how it shows up for us personally and as a society
  • Strategies for self-care and supporting others to lessen burnout in the future.

Registration is limited to 20 so we can create a small group setting to share our stories and learn from each other. If your organization would like to hold an internal workshop, reach out to us and we can arrange something for your team.
