On Freedom, with empathy & movement

Hosted by Sasha Soreff

On Freedom, with empathy & movement
What does "freedom" mean to you? It's an often used word, carrying many contexts. With embodiment, expression, and empathy, we'll dive in to what freedom means individually and collectively.

What is your relationship to freedom? To liberation?

In this experiential, movement-optional space, we'll explore the contours of freedom, acknowledging its potential expansiveness, limitations, absence, removal, and the yearning for freedom personally and collectively.

Empathic conversation, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication invites us toward a compassionate understanding of our lived experiences; creative movement allows for the embodied expression of long-held feelings. This union of empathy, embodiment, and expression brings from our heads into our hearts and toward a deeper level of self-connection and presence.

No prior movement experience is necessary. All movement invitations are optional, and one can participate sitting, standing, or lying down, on camera or off.
