This event is a safe space for sharing stories, memories, and emotions. Let's redefine Mother's Day in a way that feels meaningful as we navigate loss. All are welcome to join this heartfelt circle of support and understanding.
Location: Live on ZOOM
Together, we'll navigate the ebbs and flows of grief, sharing stories, tears, and cherished memories.
Our grief coaching team is here to facilitate an environment of empathy and connection, providing you with tools to navigate the complexities of grief.
In the spirit of self-care and healing, we encourage you to dedicate time for yourself—time to reflect, time to breathe, and time to honor your journey.
You do not have to grieve alone.
What is a Grief Circle?
A space where grievers can feel seen, heard, and supported as we navigate the challenges of life after loss in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Facilitated by grief coaches and mentors who have also experienced loss, the format includes guided discussions, rituals, and/or creative activities designed to foster connection, and to empower grievers with tools to help each other move forward.
The grief circle format encourages active listening, validation of emotions, mutual support, and a sense of community.
