Remembering Our Mothers: A Writing Practice

Hosted by MESO

Remembering Our Mothers: A Writing Practice
For this Mothers Day weekend, MESO and guest, Dr. Lisa Chu, SoulBodyMind Life Coach, will provide time, a space, and a writing practice to explore our connections with our moms and ourselves.

We will engage in a short, timed writing exercise that is designed to spark spontaneity and reveal ideas and thoughts from a place other than the logical thinking mind. As we do this in community, we will inspire each other and share our experiences in small groups.

Please bring something to write with (a fast-writing pen) and a notebook or loose leaf paper.
