Resourcing: accessing inner and outer support in tough times

Where do you source strength and courage in the midst of challenging times? Resourcing - with embodiment, empathy, and expression - gives us access to what is most life sustaining.

What gives you steadiness? Capacity? Where are the gaps in your experience of support? An embodied, empathic conversation, and systemic constellations based exploration of resources. Resources, whether they take the form of ancestors, archetypes, characters, aspects of nature or otherwise - can bring more stability, predictability, and forward motion, in spite of internal and external conditions.

Empathic conversation, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication invites us toward a compassionate understanding of our lived experiences; creative movement allows for the embodied expression of long-held feelings that might never have been named. This union of empathy, embodiment, and expression brings from our heads into our hearts and toward a deeper level of self-connection and presence.

Movement is optional and self-determined, and stillness is welcome.
