Seed is a refuge, a space to imagine, a space to dream, a practice to see, to witness. Seed is a practice to alchemize your grief into a deeper creative life. Seed is a love letter to yourself, to the tender parts and the shadows. Seed is an intention for what you want to create, a place to befriend your grief and tap into joy, action and soak in the duality of life.
Narrative medicine allows us to use our stories and experiences as a tool for processing and transforming.
Joining Seed allows you a structured and supportive environment to move through your grief stories. You will begin to learn the language of your senses and welcome their messages.
