Settle Your Nervous System...and do what you’re here to do

This is a digital event. You should receive information in your ticket or from the host about how to join online.

$0 - $18
How do you stay focused on what you are here to bring forward, in the midst of all that is happening? Nervous System settling practices, rooted in movement, empathy, and ritual, can help.

This moment in which we find ourselves can be deeply unsettling and immobilizing for beautifully sensitive beings. And yet – you, your vision, your contributions are needed more than ever.

How to navigate it all? With movement practices and gentle empathy, this workshop invites you to step toward what you long for – for yourself and for the world - with a resourced nervous system.

This session offers you:

·    More ease in your being, more space in your mind, and easy-to-do nervous system settling practices

·    Deeper attunement and clarity about what is - and is not - yours to do

·    A mini, just-for-you daily movement ritual to invite ongoing grounding and focus

All movement can be done seated, standing, or lying down, and all movement invitations are optional: you can fully participate whether you move or not. All forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome.
