Gather with author and grief advocate Sheila K Collins for a 4-week group as we use InterPlay and our creativity to explore our experiences around grief and loss. Her recent book, The Art of Grieving: How Art and Artmaking Help Us Grieve and Live Our Best Lives will guide our explorations. To get good at grieving as a lifelong art, we’ll play with storytelling, dance, music, and visual art. Each session will be interactive, allowing each person to connect with themselves and others. Attend all or drop in as you are able. These sessions will complete a month prior to an in-person Art of Grieving and Art-Making Retreat in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PtvOOmiKzn4tAYx9RdYWdY6rMgw_Y0lVKrv_r5qUufQ/edit?usp=sharing
