The Spiritual Practice of Loving Kindness

Allow Sundari Malcolm to lead you through an hour of Ancient African and Hindu practices designed to strengthen your relationship with yourself and cultivate a foundation for returning home to your spiritual center.

This space will include breathwork, ancient Hindu sacred song, a healing African ritual, a journaling practice and the opportunity to connect with each other in discussion.

Walk away from this time together with a greater sense of how to apply DEEP love and kindness to yourself, and those around you, in order to move forward in your healing journey with confidence and grace.
