The Tangle: Dancing with Uncertainty
Predictability and consistency can bring a sense of ease and clarity. What happens when uncertainty is the norm? Embodiment, expression, and empathy can bring a sense of relief and resourcing to navigate the tangles of these times.
Creative movement allows for the embodied expression of long-held feelings; empathic conversation, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication invites us toward a compassionate understanding of our lived experiences. This union of embodiment, expression, and empathy bringing us from our heads into our hearts and toward a deeper level of self-connection, groundedness and healing.
When we are accompanied in our experiences, whether they are painful or joyful or somewhere in between, we can become more present to ourselves and others.
All movement can be done seated, standing, or lying down, and all movement invitations are optional: you can fully participate whether you move or not. All forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome. You are welcome to be off camera.
