Waiting for the other shoe to fall - empathy/movement
Anxiety can be experienced along a continuum, ranging from mild unease to intense dread. It can include hypervigilance, worry, and so much aloneness in a world that is fraught with uncertainty.
Empathic conversation, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication and coupled with creative movement, invites us to connect with what it is to be anxious. We'll bring compassion, understanding, and meditative and embodiment practices to this state.
Note: All movement can be done seated or lying down, and all movement invitations are optional; all forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome.
