What do you want to carry into 2023? What do you want to leave behind? We'll set intentions with creative movement and meditation.

The new year brings with it a new moment to refocus attention. It can also bring a lot of pressure to set and keep resolutions. In this space of embodied intentionality, we'll travel from our heads to our hearts, gently tapping into deep wisdom and alignment with our highest sense of purpose.

Empathic conversation, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication and coupled with creative movement, invites us to connect with our yearnings and aspirations with compassion and support. We are also invited to look at the resistance and fears that may arise when turning toward one's hope and longings.

Immediately following this empathy/movement gathering, at 10:30 am pacific/1:30 pm eastern, there will be a "Studio 54 Meets Zoom" dance party - feel free to stay on for 45 minutes of discoesque music (open to requests!) followed by 15 minutes of intentions/blessings for the world.

Note: All movement can be done seated, and all movement invitations are optional; all forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome.
