Welcoming February, with Body, Mind, and Spirit

Hosted by Sasha Soreff

Welcoming February, with Body, Mind, and Spirit
What do you want more of in your life? What are you ready to release? The new month brings a fresh opportunity for embodied intention-setting with empathy and movement.

The commencement of a new month brings with it a new moment to refocus attention and check if we are moving in the direction we most want to move. In this space of embodied intentionality, we'll travel from our heads to our hearts, gently tapping into deep wisdom and alignment with our highest sense of purpose.

Empathic conversation, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication and coupled with creative movement, invites us to connect with our yearnings and aspirations with compassion and support. We are also invited to look at the resistance and fears that may arise when turning toward one's hope and longings.

Note: All movement can be done seated, and all movement invitations are optional; all forms of creative expression and embodiment, including stillness, is welcome.
