Feelspace: community movement and meditation space
Feeling our feelings… so vital, and yet often, so elusive, inconvenient, or unbearable. To be in community, moving and meditating in a zoom experience dedicated to allowing feelings to emerge with care and accompaniment can be a real gift. Come as you are, move if you want.There is much work to be done in the world, in our communities. It can feel hard or selfish or lonely to slow down, it can feel impossible to interrupt the overwhelm. This is a space to rest, reflect and recharge. This is also a space to self-connect and self-express.
Sasha Soreff offers a gentle warm up, followed by facilitated movement exploration.
All movement invitations are optional. Whatever range of motion and mode of expression feels authentic and comfortable - including sitting, meditating/listening to the music in stillness- is welcome.
