What I'm here to reimagine...
I’m reimagining how we relate to conflict, grief and loss—championing fresh conversations that break centuries-old patterns and invite us into full-spectrum healing, where hope, wholeness and joy aren’t just possible, but achievable by all.

I know what it means to be broken open by life—through the death of my son Gavin, miscarriages, infidelity, depression, and suicidal thoughts. For years, I believed grief was forever—that once shattered, life could never be whole again. Through deep personal work, spiritual awakening, and 20+ years of research and practice, I discovered something different: healing is possible, and resolution can transform even the deepest pain.
My lived experience inspired The Five Facets® Philosophy on Healing and the Heal It Your Way™ approach—frameworks that unite the Human and Spiritual sides of the self. They show we are born with everything to heal, evolve, and thrive. Today, I champion new conversations around grief and loss, breaking centuries-old stories that keep us bound and guiding people into full-spectrum healing, where hope, wholeness, and joy aren’t just possible, but achievable by all.
