Your Holiday, Your Way: Honoring Your Needs This Season

The holidays can stir a mix of emotions including grief, tenderness, love, and longing. This roundtable is an invitation to pause, reflect, and explore your way through the season.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, this intimate conversation opens space for you to discover what feels right for you. Together, we'll explore questions like:

  • What traditions still bring comfort or meaning?
  • Which ones feel heavy or outdated?
  • How can you give yourself permission to honor your needs, not just expectations?

Five grief professionals—who are also grievers themselves—will share how they've navigated holiday traditions after loss: what they've kept, reshaped, or released entirely. Their stories are meant not as prescriptions, but as invitations for reflection.

You'll leave this conversation with gentle guidance, renewed self-trust, and permission to shape the holidays in a way that feels authentic, spacious, and healing for you.
