What I'm here to reimagine...
I am a choreographer, movement and wellness educator, also a cancer survivor. I am here to reimagine healing through performance works and body-mind-spirit services that create empowered and inclusive community.

Following a multiple myeloma cancer diagnosis in 2019 and the covid pandemic, I formed a home-business of teaching fitness and movement. Alongside cancer treatment, I continued to make dance work and teach workshops in dance for amateur movers and professionals; teaching as an adjunct professor of improvisation and composition. Recent training at the Creative Institute in NYC, which partners artists with healthcare and community institutions, has further supported my teaching to serve all ages with various abilities and those in recovery. My foray into the sound healing arts is informed by my daily spiritual practice and my yogic/ayurvedic studies. Sound Healing brings together my artistic, wellness and intuitive skills. My recent fellowships in disability arts have allowed me understand how to make performance engagements and practice accessible to disabled and non-disabled audiences.
