Hi! 👋🏼 I'm a queer, second-generation Vietnamese-American conscious relationship coach, mediator, and energy medicine practitioner living on unceded Ohlone land. I work with tenderhearted people—especially fellow QTBIPOC folks and people-pleasers—who want healthier relationships without losing themselves. I used to pride myself on being the one everyone leaned on, until I realized I was often abandoning my own needs in the process. Learning to set boundaries and communicate clearly helped me find more balance, presence, and self-love. Now I offer coaching and energy work to others on a similar path. I believe personal healing ripples outward, and that reimagining how we relate to ourselves and each other is part of how we transform our world. I also enjoy live music, traveling, and hiking with my partner Laura and our staffy/lab, Luna.
