I'm an Indo-Caribbean femme immigrant and descendent of Indian indentureship of Guyana. I'm a healer, mentor and educator focused on ushering wellness as the foundation of sustainable leadership. Bridging the gap between the spiritual and the practical, my mission is to build the inner calibre of social change doers and new school thought leaders to be and build the change they seek in today's world and changing social and economic climate, so they can embody their leadership, lead their greatness and reclaim their self-mastery. I bring an intersectional and ancestral perspective to my work with an eclectic background in social justice, political science, experiential learning and spiritual evolution.
