Hi, I'm Kimberly. In my work as a grief coach, I help people navigate who they are and who they want to be, when facing loss. My education is in Psychology and I have always been intrigued by how we respond to things we encounter and how, in turn, those responses shape our lives. Like so many others, I have experienced the heartache of multiple losses. My losses were gut wrenching and I was shocked by the reality of grief itself. It can feel like we are stumbling blindly down a path of devastation and darkness, alone. This feeling of being lost with no map jolted me but I knew intuitively there was something sacred and timeless in this pain. Through my work and my own experiences, I have found there can be unexpected treasures in dark times. It is my belief that with conscious effort and practical action, it is possible to find the way back to a life of purpose and joy.
