Friday's Dose of Togetherness: Grounding with Dina Kaplan and Shakiyla Smith

In this Daily Dose of Togetherness, join Dina Kaplan, renowned meditation teacher and founder of The Path, for a guided experience followed by a reflection with Shakiyla Smith of The Fetzer Institute on cultivating a sense of grounding during times of chaos.
