Friday's Dose of Togetherness: Grounding with Dina Kaplan and Shakiyla Smith

In this Daily Dose of Togetherness, join Dina Kaplan, renowned meditation teacher and founder of The Path, for a guided experience followed by a reflection with Shakiyla Smith of The Fetzer Institute on cultivating a sense of grounding during times of chaos. All times are PACIFIC TIME. Limited space is available as these are interactive sessions with small breakout groups.

Using poetry and reflection on the natural world, Shakiyla will offer thoughts around holding paradox and grounding in what is ongoing in the midst of change and chaos.
