I was twelve when I lost my dad to a sudden heart attack. A string of other losses followed, and in my desire to hold-it-all-together, grief threatened to engulf me. Always an artist, I began learning to express not just beauty and light, but also pain and death - finding much healing in the process. I am a Therapeutic Art Life Coach, as well as co-owner, and instructor for ProjectGrief.Org, an online school that teaches art as a tool for personal grief recovery.
