Solstice Sadhana: Gentle Yoga and Sound Healing
Summer solstice is a time to gather together and to celebrate the transition of the seasons. This year's summer solstice is marked by a New Moon, which together bring a special energy force. Spiritual practice done at this time will be extra beneficial and grounding to both personal and societal change.
Come join for a gentle yoga and sound healing meditation workshop dedicated to this special moment in time. You will be guided through a practice that focuses on the breath and the body. This practice is completely accessible for all types of bodies and fitness levels.
The practice will conclude with a 30 minute body-centered meditation and sound healing with Tibetan bowls. The vibrations of the bowls will allow you to fall into a state of deep relaxation within your body and mind.
