Your Dreams, My Dreams
We will create space to contemplate immigrant and next gen hopes, dreams, losses and purpose through the lens of grief with holistic psychotherapist Amy Hyun Swart.

"Your Dream, My Dream" is an exploration of immigrant and next gen dreams. Alongside holistic psychotherapist Amy Hyun Swart, we will learn tools and practices to more deeply contemplate our hopes, dreams, losses, and our purpose through the lens of grief. We will enjoy a restorative sound bath with Alice Hu, of Woo Woo Company, as we close our deep inquiry.
