Join us for an interactive, heart-centered Reimagine session designed to offer practical, grounded pathways through grief and change.
In this guided experience, you will be introduced to the 4 Rs of Loss Rituals—four accessible practices created to help process grief, invite healing, and foster community connection:
- Remember: Honor the memories, stories, and bonds that endure beyond loss.
- Release: Lighten emotional burdens by intentionally letting go of what no longer serves you.
- Reconnect: Re-anchor with your inner self, your surrounding environment, and a supportive community.
- Recognize: Acknowledge and name loss in all its forms, validating your unique grief journey.
Following the experiential ritual practice, we will transition into a thoughtful panel discussion featuring experts and community voices. Together, we will explore how personalized rituals can support ongoing reflection, collective resilience, and emotional well-being.
Whether you are navigating a recent loss, supporting a loved one, or seeking sacred space for personal reflection, this session offers a gentle, welcoming environment to gather and heal.
Optional: Prepare for the Ritual
During the session, you'll be guided in creating a simple yet meaningful personal altar to honor your loss and support reflection and remembrance.
If you'd like to participate, we invite you to have a few items nearby:
- Pen and paper
- A candle and lighter
- A photograph or meaningful object
- A small container or base for your altar, such as a box or tray
All materials are optional, and you're welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable and meaningful to you.
