The holidays can make the empty chair impossible to ignore. This circle is a place to bring all of it: the love that's still here, the parts of you that changed, and the question of how to carry it forward.
I'm Jayashri Triolo, an artist and a widow. My husband Steve and I were together 27 years. I'll open with a short piece of my story, then the circle turns to you. Through gentle prompts, quiet journaling and voluntary sharing, we'll sit with: What else am I grieving? What gives my love somewhere to go? Who am I now? What am I carrying forward into this season?
No one is asked to share more than she wants to. Cameras on or off, silence, tears and laughter are all welcome. This is a peer circle rooted in lived experience, not therapy.
For women who are widowed. Please bring a journal, a pen and a quiet spot. Limited to 20. Donation-based, $15–$35 suggested, or pay what you can. No one turned away.
