Grief Rituals for Climate Change
We will dive into somatic practices, meditations, earth-based rituals, and art practices designed specifically for processing climate grief.
Each session offers unique practices drawn from and honoring diverse wisdom traditions – from altar work to artistic expression, grounding techniques to group ceremony.
Why This Space? Why Now?
As Climate Change impacts accelerate, our emotional and spiritual well-being requires as much tending as our practical response.
When we create space to acknowledge our grief:
- We reclaim our capacity to feel fully and act wisely
- We transform isolation into community
- We honor our deep love for the Earth and all her beings
- We access new sources of resilience and creativity
- We find strength in shared ceremony and practice
