The mission of the Joyful Death Institute is to help individuals and their families orient towards a joyful, dignified, and peaceful death experience.We see death as an inherently joyful experience and we lean on the pillars of buddhism to help folks allow the healing and joy available when approaching death with grace and ease. We help folks by planning and preparing, by offering guidance on meditation and prayer, and by offering healing services for themselves: before they pass, and immediately after transitioning, as well as reconciliation with those who have already transitioned. The Joyful Death Institute was launched in 2024 by Reverend Jessica Sharp, who is a death doula, psychic minister, and systems architect for global peace.
