Pre-Election Day Sound Bath and Potentiating Healing Circle
Join Ken Breniman for a timely and transformative sound bath experience, designed to help you destress and release the anxieties of election season. From the comfort of your home, you'll be immersed in sacred sound vibrations from singing bowls and other instruments, specifically attuned to relax your central nervous system. On a night where you might feel compelled to stay glued to the TV or scroll through endless updates, I invite you to turn off the screens and tune into the present moment instead. This is your opportunity to soften any worry, let go of the future’s uncertainties, and come back to the NOW—where peace and potential truly exist. I’m honored to guide you on this singing bowl journey that promotes inner calm and well-being. Allow yourself to be fully present during this sacred offering, turning inward for a much-needed pause and connection to inner peace.

How to Prepare for the Sound Bath:
1. Create a Comfortable Space: Find a quiet, relaxing area where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down on a yoga mat, bed, or any soft surface. Use blankets and pillows to stay cozy.
2. Set the Atmosphere: Dim the lights or use candles to create a calming environment. You might also want to diffuse essential oils or light incense to enhance the sensory experience.
3. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Dress in loose, comfortable clothing to fully relax during the sound bath.
4. Use Headphones: If possible, use headphones or good-quality speakers to fully immerse yourself in the sound vibrations.
5. Hydrate: Have a glass of water nearby to stay hydrated during and after the session.
6. Minimize Distractions: Silence your phone and turn off any notifications to fully dedicate yourself to the experience.
7. You are welcome to join for some or all of this event, and of course, I hope you will stay for the entire offering.
Your Vote Matters: Make Your Voice Heard
Voting is one of the most direct ways to create change and contribute to the future of your community and country. Every election, big or small, shapes policies, impacts local services, and influences how resources are allocated. Your voice counts just as much as anyone else's, and the power to shape the future is in your hands. Voting isn’t just a right—it’s a responsibility.
Take the time to research candidates and issues, and ensure you’re registered to vote. Visit Vote.org (https://www.vote.org/) or CanIVote.org (https://www.canivote.org/) to check your registration status, find your polling location, and get information on mail-in or early voting options. Make a plan, cast your ballot, and encourage others to do the same. Together, we can create a more equitable and just future.
