Reimagine is a nonprofit organization on the cutting edge of where advanced illness care, social justice, and community intersect. C-TAC is partnering with Reimagine, in collaboration with the Holistic Underground, to support our members in creating more inclusive organizations, communities and equitable clinical interventions.

This 90-minute workshop will provide you with the foundational principles, terminology you need to envision and cultivate Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within your organizations in a strategic and people-centered way.

You Will:

1 Discover the power and possibilities of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Healthcare and End of Life Work

• Discover new, generative and empowering lenses on Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Privilege, Allyship and more, as they apply to our field.
• Gain a step-by-step process for assessing your organization and teams, and beginning to cultivate these principles.
• Learn through a tangible Transformation Case Study for an End of Life organization.

2. Connect with your peers in the field who are on the same journey, and meet a dynamic, creative team of experts who are passionate about bringing this work to our field in a way that produces real results.

About Holistic Underground’s J.E.D.I. Methodology

Holistic Underground is a diverse leadership & organizational development agency for visionary organizations working for positive social change. They have combined best practices from Leadership Coaching, Strategy and Culture Consulting, and on-the-ground work for social movements to develop tools and approaches to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion that are both practical and people positive. In partnership with Reimagine, the J.E.D.I. methodology has been adapted to organizations that focus on advanced care illness.
