These somatic streams add a holistic dimension to her spiritual companionship that is mind-body-heart-spirit focused.
Wai-Chin finds it delightful & satisfying to weave spirituality, somatic practices, soul-tending & Play tools & forms into a tapestry of Love & Play. She especially enjoys shaping these tapestries into retreats, Body Wisdom Playgroups, & soul care workshops. We’ll apply InterPlay forms and use our voices to move and lean into sound and stillness as we look at our images with body wisdom. Let's Play together, and discover the power of the intuitive process through InterPlay forms of movement and storytelling.
InterPlay celebrates the creativity in every one of us and reminds us to play and embrace life, expand our personal awareness and discover our full potential. Leaders guide group participants through a series of playful movement and sound exercises in incremental steps. Each person decides how much or how little to do based on their own comfort level.
InterPlay helps you explore your own new possibilities. Dare a little or a lot depending on how you feel on the day.
