IN PERSON: Yoga for grief
Together we will honor our individual losses within a circle of support; practice grief-specific yoga poses, breathing, and deep relaxation. There will be an expressive writing exercise and optional sharing. Our time together will finish with a singing bowl sound bath.
We really are just walking each other home...
Influenced by the words of Ram Dass, my heartfelt intention is to offer a safe and supporive space which is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, bereavement-sensitive and thanatologically-inspired.
