If you get stuck, or find yourself wanting support in discussing your Death Plan and wishes, or your loved one's Death Plan and wishes, we are available to support you including with group + family conversations.

Our Inspiration

We do not know when we will pass, but we know it will happen at some point, so why not be prepared? Why not consider how you want to be remembered and clearly document those wishes so they can be fulfilled? The best time to think about, and document these wishes, is often when we feel supported, healthy, and alive, although sometimes we do need to have these conversations in a more urgent way. We aim to help by providing a framework to think through and share your wishes in a good way with your family, friends, and community. A joyful death means embracing all the parts and pieces of who we are with awareness, compassion, and ease. We can support you and your loved ones so transition wishes are clear and communicated.
