I serve as Vice President of the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA), chairing its DEIJ Committee since 2020. I am an Instructor for the University of Vermont’s Grief & Bereavement and End-of-Life Doula Professional Certificate Programs; author of The Founders of Freedom’s City: 30 of Philadelphia’s Pioneering African Americans (2026) and contributing author to Living Toward Justice: A Time Capsule (New Village Press, 2025). I serve on the boards of New Jersey Death with Dignity and Historic Eden Cemetery and advise Girls Leading Africa and Greater Hope Medical Center.
